Today, as I walk through the forest, I listen to how the world breathes.

Raindrops fall softly on the leaves. Somewhere above, a bird sings. And in each inhale life arrives.

In each exhale weight leaves the body.

The emptiness fills with calm. And somewhere, high in the branches,

a new being is born into this world. Taking its very first breath. Just like me. Just like you. In the same rhythm. The same life. That’s what I write about today. Not as a teacher. Not as someone who has all the answers.

But simply as someone who paused. Breathed.

And decided to share the moment. If you need a moment of stillness to hear yourself again,

if you need a reminder that your breath is enough,

this piece is for you.

And maybe today… you pause. Take a breath. And feel alive.
